Fuji via the Yoshida Trail, overnighting at a mountain hut near the summit. After descending, transfer to Hakuba in the Japanese Alps. Trek through forests, snowfields, and alpine meadows, summiting Mt. Shirouma for stunning panoramic views. Continue along ridges to Tsugaike Nature Park, descend by ropeway, and return to Tokyo by train. In the typical Japanese mountain huts, everyone shares a large, communal room with other trekkers. Instead of beds, you’ll sleep on traditional futon mattresses laid out on tatami mats. The atmosphere is cozy and simple, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the trail and experiencing authentic Japanese mountain hospitality.
